Attended my first paddle board yoga class this evening—what a blast! Anna was patient and helpful, and gave us great options to modify moves for our comfort level. It was super fun, and a good workout!

Y'all!!! Go here, please! I had the best massage of my life. Nick knows his stuff, and understands the specific needs off his clients. The place is also really nice and clean. 10/10.

Just finished a lovely yoga class at Zenful U with Christina. The class was a nice blend of flow and settling in. Christina offered extra bolstering and inspiring cues that allowed me to fully benefit from each sequence and pose. A real Jamestown gem!
