They serviced my Echo line trimmer and repaired everything. Staff were very friendly and helpful. When I came to pick up the trimmer, I asked the cost of a new head, as the bump and line advance feature was not working, and I thought it may be related to me removing the head one time. They figured out the issue right there and corrected my faulty reinstallation of the head. Great customer service.

I’ve been doing business with them for the past 10 to 12 years and they are for sure one of the best that I have found. They are very patient and considerate and they really stand by their customers.
