The team that did our installation was great. They did exactly what we were told initially and cleaned up and left the place as they found it. The bad part was unfortunately in a short amount of time I had to have my roof replaced and I told Renu this before the install and was quoted a certain price for them to come take down the panels and then put them back after the roof. It turned out to be much more expensive and the person that told me the actual cost was blunt and rude about it. It was like he was saying this is the best I can do, pay it or remove the panels yourself. I had to borrow money in order to pay them for this. I researched Solar for over a year before deciding on Renu Enery solutions. They did everything they said they would do and did it when they said they would. My install was about a year ago and I recently upgraded with another powerwall 2. Renu is probably the best company in my area to do your Solar Installation. I am now almost totally self sufficient because of Renu.
