She is the best eye dr I've ever been to!! Great service, not a long wait and she really cared that I was in so much pain and went out of her way to get me cheapest scrips cuz of my insurance. Never seeing another dr even if I have to travel 3 hours I would make the drive

I have not had any problems with this office. In fact the opposite. I am very particular about my eye wear. I tried the progressive tri-focals and then the progressive bi-focals and finally got a regular no-line bifocals. I could not get used to the progressives. Dr. De-Allen & Greg were patient with me since it took three pairs of glasses before I was satisfied. They had no problem working with me over the course of two months and handled my insurance for me. I am sorry to see that an earlier review had such a bad experience but I don't think one review is a realistic impression of this office.
