I’m having trouble with a new installation that the installer (not Absolute HVAC) claims is fine. Absolute HVAC was recommended to me, and they came out to perform an independent diagnosis. Not only did they identify the likely cause of the issue, but they also discovered another problem that needs to be addressed before it becomes a bigger issue. When I called them to schedule a visit, they were prompt in responding, came out the next day that worked with my schedule, and arrived on time! I highly recommend Absolute HVAC and will definitely be using them in the future!
Kelly and Eric were very patient during a contracted service trip. There was confusion on our end regarding access to clubhouse keys. They were polite, patient, and accommodating during the inconvenience we caused them. THANK YOU!!
We upgraded our thermostats in the house. Thanks to guidance from Absolute Comfort we purchased two that gave us the connectivity and remote operation that we were looking for. We utilize Absolute Comfort for our twice annual maintenance on our HVAC system, as well as our heat pump system, and they are terrific. The techs are thorough and knowledgeable. Bob handled the install of the thermostats and he was terrific and helpful.
