“While they did not do work for me, I can vouch for what I have seen them do in my area. Excellent respectful,care of neighboring properties for one. Watching tear downs, complete reroofing, cleanups, you would not even know they were nearby. They replace any rotted roof plywood at the same proper thickness, apply roof shield well, ridge vents, flashing, shingles, all carefully done. And valleys perfect. They really do a wonderful job.
So many roofing companies mess up the valleys,flashings, put thinner plywood down, misalign shingles, throw flashing out, and fail to properly apply drip edging, as I watched yet another company recently do a neighbor’s roof. It was a nightmare.
In talking with a female in the office also is most pleasant, as I had questions, to learn. So yes, if ever I needed another roof, I would pick this company hands down!“

“Eastern builders did an outstanding job building my house on Topsail Island in 2012. They used the best materials and hired the best contractors. They never took shortcuts and worked with us every step of the way. I always knew my house was well built. It has withstood several small hurricanes, but last year when our island was hit by hurricane Florence, I came home and not only was my house still standing, but I had no damage at all!!! The only damage I had to the house was two ripped screens on my back porch. No roof damage, no water damage, no siding came off, no leaks in windows or doors-nothing!!
