I wanted to take a moment to express our sincere gratitude for the exceptional care my daughter received during her first visit to Women’s Healthcare Associates. The nurse(Felicity😊) who conducted her intake appointment was absolutely phenomenal. She was incredibly kind, compassionate, and truly took the time to listen to our concerns. It was clear that she genuinely cared about my daughter’s well-being, which made a potentially nerve-wracking experience feel comfortable and supportive. We are so thankful for the positive impact she made on our first visit.
I’ve been a patient at this clinic for nearly two years, including throughout my pregnancy and now a year into postpartum care. Overall, the staff is friendly, professional, and welcoming, which I really appreciate. However, the main issue I’ve consistently experienced is the wait time. Appointments often start significantly later than scheduled—even if you arrive on time, it’s common to wait 30 minutes or more in the exam room before being seen. What’s frustrating is the strict lateness policy: arriving just 10 minutes late can result in being marked as a “no show” and forced to reschedule. Yet the clinic doesn’t seem to hold itself to the same standard when it comes to delays. Routine visits that should take 5–10 minutes frequently stretch to an hour, largely due to waiting. I hope they improve time management because the care itself is good once you're finally seen.
