Incredibly responsive and tenacious in getting our real estate needs done in a timely manner. Vance is an incredible realtor. We first contacted him years ago to help us find a lease property after being away from Jacksonville for over 15 years. He helped us secure our rental property, and then we used him recently to purchase our forever home. He was incredibly responsive! He was showing us the house within the hour. His communication skills are excellent. He listens to our needs and what we expected from the sellers, and got what needed to be completed done. Listens, investigates and delivers! Vance is the best! If you are looking for a specific piece of property, he is your man. We met with Vance and gave him our vision for buying and selling. He understood exactly what we wanted, diligently worked with our intended seller, and I truly believe the deal was sealed because the seller appreciated Vance’s honestly.
