Technician was courteous and knowledgeable. Asking if I had a Co2 detector and let me know the best place for it to be placed in my home. He kept me informed of his anticipated arrival time.
Sears techs are definitely the best! Main issue I have for deducting 1 star is the automated system and the number of calls I had to make, the fact that they do NOT have a checks and balances, quality control system in place for humans to check and make sure that a service call was completed - 4 weeks of me calling and stating that my washer was still not functional!!!! It is brutal!!! I was without a functioning washing machine for 4 WEEKS while I went between the tech, tech Asst and the automated system. My machine was FINALLY repaired today!!!! I am grateful.
Justin did a great job- showed up early in my appointment window both times. Explained and resolved the issue seamlessly. Can’t say Sears itself is easy to work with as you cannot get an actual person on the phone but Justin was qualified and diligent!
