I can't say enough of how impressed I am with this company and the team who helped us through our stressful situation. Brad came out the very day I called. My husband and I were without AC over the Easter weekend. The hottest days we've had this year. I called Ritchie's on Monday morning and Brad came out that day to assess our system. It was simply past time for a new one. We had been putting bandaids on the 11-13 yr. old system. i for the past couple of years. This company is absolutely wonderful! I can’t express my gratitude for them enough! If there were 100000 stars they would have it! They showed up promptly, were amazing at what they do! But they did something more for me than just that. When my tech, Brad showed up, I was in crisis mode, in the middle of a life altering event, and he went above and beyond to be there for me and took an extra few mins at the end to make sure I was ok. I can’t put in to words the gratitude that I have for this company!! And for Brad! They’re the real MVPs!!
