I can't say enough of how impressed I am with this company and the team who helped us through our stressful situation. Brad came out the very day I called. My husband and I were without AC over the Easter weekend. The hottest days we've had this year. I called Ritchie's on Monday morning and Brad came out that day to assess our system. It was simply past time for a new one. We had been putting bandaids on the 11-13 yr. old system. i for the past couple of years. Brad was very thorough in explaining our options, and helped us in our decisions. The next day work began. The team of men that came were Chase, Cam, and Christian. From the very beginning these men were respectful, polite, professional, and hardworking, and QUIET! It was huge job. Everything had to be replaced, from the attic, to the outside. I was struck by how quiet this team worked! They had was no loud music, no loud talking (or cursing) and no smoking (yay!) They never complained of my barking dog. She was driving me crazy! By early Wednesday afternoon the team had finished. They cleaned everything up. I wasn't left with a mess, and it could have been a huge mess with everything being replaced. I've never had a more professional team work in my home. They bring honor to their company and to their profession. I will recommend this company to everyone who needs help.
