A committed agent will work hard for you and will produce a positive result. Choose smartly to guarantee a fruitful outcome. I’ve let them now manage my one townhome for over a year now, no issues. They’re also very fast at responding to my emails and I even heard they’re sending my tenants gift baskets! I now am going to let them manage two more townhomes I own. I prefer this place over the other two property managements I’ve used in Jacksonville. Very happy my realtor recommended this place.
