Always always pleasant and well-organized women that greet you warmly, and help get the job done of handing over your hard-earned money! Lol. Nice airy clean layout for them and us, easy access, and large wall letters letting you know exactly what area you are in.
Beautiful expansive well-kept building and grounds. Nice elevator at the entrance, right after the security guard who takes his job seriously and I am grateful! He too is very nice! Thank you all!

Drove a relative there to pay her taxes. She did not have an appointment, but got right into talk to someone who was able to assist with paying her bill. Nicely designed building meaning it wasn't difficult for her to navigate and they seemed to be vary capable. Coming from Newport to swansboro to my destination I used Google maps with no issues.

We had to take care of some documents and needed to stop by the Onslow County Tax Office. The office was fairly easy to find and there was a lot of parking. We went through security and found the office on the second floor. The employees here were super nice and helpful. They helped us figure out what we needed done, have our documents taken care of and we were in and out fairly quick. The office is clean, organized and have some of the nicest people.
