Sarah and Lindsey are highly knowledgeable, professional, and make every session comfortable. They are attentive to questions and concerns, putting minds at ease. The technicians go at a pace that is comfortable, talking to clients during sessions. Treatments are quick and barely painful. The service provides permanent results for smooth skin without shaving. Milan Jacksonville is highly recommended.
Lindsey and Sarah are absolutely wonderful! They makes me feel like a brand-new girl every time! The vibe is so peaceful, relaxing, and welcoming. Everyone is so understanding and flexible with what I need. It’s definitely worth it, and I honestly wish I would’ve done it years ago! Highly recommend!

I love this place! As a mom of three I don’t get to take much time for myself, but I finally decided to take the leap. I first met Sarah, she made me feel completely at home and even gave me a list of places to enjoy around Jacksonville with my kids, then I met Lindsey, she is funny and relatable and made sure to make me feel comfortable during my treatments. The next time I came in I got to meet Kailey, she was just as warm and inviting! This most recent time Caroline was the nurse who did the treatment, she was so sweet and funny and even gave me some pointers for how to correctly exfoliate with super sensitive skin.
