John M has been our service technician since about September 2024 (I could be off by a month) He has been amazing from day one. Always on time, so easy to contact, he does a thorough job every single time, he is polite, easy to talk to, friendly, respectful, and just an all around good person. We would definitely, at this point, recognize John as our friend! Even our dog loves John! We look forward to him coming, not just for the rid of the creepy crawlies, but just to see and talk to him. Absolutely recommend John, and May Exterminating whose staff is always friendly and accommodating. Super great company! They have a life long customer!

Mike B is wonderful. He has the best customer service! We always receive a text from him before our annual appts and he is great explaining everything he is doing while he is inspecting the home. We are selling our home and he just finished our WDIR for closing. We will miss May Exterminating because of Mike. It been a great 15 years with you all. Thanks for the great service!!
