This was my first time here. Well I do know I will definitely be going back. Great customer service.. Honest and also do great work! Amber did my nails and did phenomenal work.. This by far was the best experience. I came after horrible customer service at Lee nails and I walked out of that place and will never be going back.. If you are looking for great customer service.. a friendly atmosphere and great nails come here to Lovely nails.. I am so glad I went here. Thank you Lovely Nauls and thank you Amber!

Really wanted a snowflake added on at the last minute lol, the young lady that switched out with the one who did the rest of my nails did better than the reference photo<3 they both did amazing 10/10 wanna go again. Not to mention I did a walk in maybe like an hour before they closed, and they took me in with no complaint despite a full house (on Christmas Eve eve)

Sandy is absolutely amazing!! All the nail techs there are actually! They listen to what you want, get you seen in a timely manner, and have good prices. I've been to quite a few places in Jacksonville and I always come back to them. I haven't gone anywhere else in almost a year and I go there every 3 weeks. Love this place and the people!!!Services: Polish removal
