The atmosphere is beautiful and accommodating, not overstimulating, and stylists let conversation be natural. Service is quick, efficient, and painless, with the scalp not hurting. Clients feel absolutely beautiful and look forward to continued treatments.
Upon my arrival, I was warmly welcomed. The service was professional, prompt, and exceeded my expectations. I informed Mrs. Kim of my hearing impairment, and she took great care to ensure that I could hear and understand her instructions throughout the appointment.
During the hair wash, she consistently checked that the water temperature was comfortable. She retwisted my locs with precision and skillfully repaired thinning areas. Prior to booking, I had considered a significant haircut; however, I am grateful that I proceeded with the appointment, as she worked wonders in addressing my scalp condition.

I absolutely LOVED getting my hair done with Kimberly. From the moment I walked in, she was so nice and attentive. Her salon is so beautiful and I felt very comfortable! The conversation was easy going and her work is perfect. I loved the way my hair came out and I am definitely going to come back!
I needed a last minute/ same day appointment for a silk press and Latoya DID NOT DISAPPOINT. From start to finished I was provided with pristine services start from the products ,the conversation ,and the finished result . I am a nervous person when it comes to salons but when I arrived I knew I could just relax and trust the process! My hair has not felt this good in a long while ! Thank you Latoya and team Kimage !
