Nothing can prepare you for everything that will need to be done when a loved one passes away. Add to this that it’s all supposed to be done while you are still trying to process and grieve your loss. Johnson treated this process with empathy, respect, kindness, patience, and compassion. I did not feel rushed. I was allowed to take time with my husband when his body arrived in their care. Natalie sat is silence with me while I cried, gave me a hug, and assured me he would be taken care of the entire time. Director Kuvin went above and beyond to ensure every detail was handled with dignity, respect, and genuine kindness. His patience, professionalism, and empathy was evident in every interaction. With the family living states away, the coordination could have been challenging, but Director Kuvin made it seamless; clearly communicating and working closely with both family and local loved ones to make sure no details were overlooked.
