Austin came to diagnose our AC here was here about 5 minutes and identified the problem and got it fixed. We are now sitting in a nice cool house due to his knowledge and able to find the issue quickly. We were thinking might need new unit but we are able to out that off for now.

We lost our ac during the hottest weeks of summer. After an initial visit by a tech assessing repairs to our aged air-handler unit, I asked that a rep come out to give me an estimate for an entirely new condenser and air-handler. I did not want to throw good money after bad, so I wanted to compare the costly repair price to the install of a brand new system.
