I appreciate the kind service representatives, and the speedy maintenance performed on my vehicle. My check oil light come But did not have an appointment at the Firestone. EnYah greeted me at the front desk and although they did not have any appointments, she assured me they would get it done by the time ( I needed to leave 1pm). She called at 918 am letting me know it was ready. Very helpful and quick!

Follow-up / Rating Update 12/16/2025:
I am updating my rating from 1 star to 4 stars based on the response from new management. The new store manager personally contacted me, acknowledged the seriousness of the issue, and took ownership of what occurred. He explained the corrective actions being implemented and confirmed that the technician who performed the alignment and left the jam nuts loose is no longer with Firestone.
While the original incident was a legitimate safety concern and is the reason I am leaving my original review intact for full transparency, the follow-up from management was professional, direct, and confidence-building.... read full review

Phenomenal customer service. EnYah was very professional and patient. Service was prompt— no complaints!
Updated: still 5 stars. Mike helped me out this time and customer service was still top notch. Everyone I’ve interacted with here was friendly, helpful and professional. Won’t ever go to another location!!!
