Just wanted to say thank you. The work was well done. The way it was handled kept me at ease as a property owner out of state. I appreciate the work, the documentation and the willingness to work with insurance with me.
Ralph is more than just a restoration repair man. He is compassionate and was extremely helpful to us who were clueless at the process of getting repairs during a stressful time. Ralph responded to our call and was at our home the same day. He sprang into action and with the help of his team took care of our issue within a very short period of time. He is professional, compassionate, to the point and very thorough. We highly recommend Ralph not only for his work, but also for the fact that he actually cares and strives to do a great job.
