BLUF: Great company! I called for a clogged toilet. I explained that I had two elderly parents in my home and there is no other restroom access for one. They quickly came out same day and corrected the problem. (With dementia, things are frequently flushed in the toilet that don’t belong) The pricing was reasonable. The gentlemen were kind and understanding. Pretty sure I will have to call them again. Grateful for their help.
I hired Rick and Bill from Drain Dawgs LLC to repair my residential shut-off access and replace the hose bibs on the front and rear of my home.. The execution was flawless.. From the initial contact, their communication was highly responsive, and the estimate provided was crystal clear.. The work was completed quickly and professionally, and they treated my property with absolute respect from start to finish.. Beyond their technical proficiency, Drain Dawgs is a veteran-owned business built on a foundation of profound integrity and discipline.. I highly recommend them.. If you want reliable work done right by people who have truly earned your support, give Rick your business..
I had an excellent experience with this plumbing service. They responded the same day I called to repair a crack in the piping connected to my pump system. The technicians worked efficiently and explained the repair process clearly.
What really impressed me was their integrity and expertise. About a week later, I called with a concern about my system, and instead of immediately scheduling another service call, they took the time to troubleshoot with me over the phone. They helped me identify that the issue was actually a running toilet LOL
