Waited well past 40 minutes after my scheduled appointment time. I tried to have a contact prescription filled with the prescription they gave me and they cancelled it. They requested I come back and pay an additional fee for the contact prescription. They must heavily rely on TriCare referrals. Avoid at all costs.
Giving 1 star, as I was not seen until an hour after my appointment time, then found out it was because they mixed me up with another person with the same name. Not sure why or how they did not catch it when he was seen. But it took even more time for them to fix my information from his being put in under my name. Will not return
First time visiting this location. Very clean facility, & friendly staff. Dr. Kaluzne himself was wonderfully pleasant. Overall, very happy with the interaction.The only reason I’m not giving 4 stars is because the pricing for glasses is a little expensive. Frames start at $99. If you add Blue light filter, one frame of glasses with blue light is $159. If you decide on blue light AND anti reflective, it’s about $180.It’s my first time ever dealing with eye care and for that price you could get about 3 pairs online as opposed to 1. I’m personally a little disappointed about that one piece of information although without that one regard, it’s a great office.
