I have lived in Hubert for 2 years and only noticed this place when driving to Aldi recently. I switched from a Dyson about 6-7 years ago when I lived in Indiana to a Riccar, we purchased it from a very similar janatorial supply store and boy were we amazed with how a cheap looking old vacuum outperformed all the fancy looking Dyson and Shark Vacuums we owned.So the fan on my Riccar melted onto the housing and I tried to fix it myself with no luck. I called Discount Vacuum and they told me to bring it on over. I brought my Dyson in for a deep cleaning. It was smelling like a dog and just super dirty after years of use. They got it perfectly clean. I am super impressed. They also offer repair/servicing on all sorts of vacuums, including bissell crosswaves.We also hired them to come to come to the house and clean it couch. We just moved back from Hawaii and the couch was in storage for awhile. They did an incredible job on that as well.We will definitely be using their services as needed in the future.
I've been going here for around 1 year to get my vacuum serviced. Like our vehicles, sometimes vacuums break down. Customer service is exceptional, phone calls are answered promptly, and they make your vacuum like new again by replacing the belt (cause of burnt rubber smell), lubricating the motor, and adding air freshener beads! If you're a janitor they have a wide selection of supplies. Don't waste your $ by getting a new vacuum, just bring it to Discount Vacuum!
