***Good Experience Overall, but More Education on Textured Hair Is Needed***
Overall, I had a positive experience with the staff, and everyone was friendly and professional. However, I wanted to offer some constructive feedback.
I was seen for traction alopecia, and during my intake I was asked questions about whether I use hot combs, flat irons, or wear braids and micro braids. The thing is, I have locs, not braids. I do not use any of those things because my hair is loc’d. It seemed like the person asking the questions may not have been familiar with the difference between locs and braids, and many of the questions didn’t really apply to the way I wear my hair… read full review

I had an appointment 2 weeks ago for two issues I'm having and we agreed on the two sets of prescriptions, only to get to my pharmacy and one of the prescriptions was never received. The PA was great but if you can't get on the phone with anyone for a quick and simple call, it makes this whole situation ridiculous. They had a week off for independence day and still won't answer the phone...

I missed a phone call from this practice today. I have tried multiple times to call them back. I have left several messages. Noone has personally answered the phone. Still waiting to find out why they called me this morning. I'm tempted to stop in their office but the parking lot is so small and busy. My time is also important.
