Ms. Barber is patient and thorough, explaining treatment and medication. Appointments are easily scheduled within 24 hours, and patients receive a call back when leaving messages. The practice is professional, knowledgeable, and caring.
I am a fairly new patient at this practice, at about 4 visits, but I am very satisfied with everything so far. Daina Barber PA has given me excellent care, along with her assistant, Wynton(sp?)! I am not an easy patient, and have many things going on not only medically, but in other ways as well. Daina has really listened, and has been very understanding. I feel heard and treated holistically, and with empathy. I have been looking for someone like her for a very long time. Dr. Ros has been my PCP for 1+ year and I can’t speak more highly of him. He listens to my needs and prioritizes my care, the staff is also professional. My one suggestion is to improve their paperwork procedures, I’ve had to follow up on multiple occasions to ensure it was delivered to the insurance company. Paperwork is done on Fridays, so you may be waiting 2 weeks for an update.
