Dr. Ros has been my PCP for 1+ year and I can’t speak more highly of him. He listens to my needs and prioritizes my care, the staff is also professional. My one suggestion is to improve their paperwork procedures, I’ve had to follow up on multiple occasions to ensure it was delivered to the insurance company. Paperwork is done on Fridays, so you may be waiting 2 weeks for an update.
I have been a patient here for 4 years ! I can honestly say that I always get exceptional great service here. I would highly recommend Dr Jose Ros , and his staff. They take your needs seriously and professionally.
I don't usually go to the Dr all that much but this office is by far the easiest, most efficient and friendly that I have been to. Haley up front always has a smiling face and willing to help, she checks people in fast, friendly, and knows many patients by name.
