I am continually impressed and amazed by everyone in this office. Jennifer goes above and beyond and Dr. Howard truly cares about people and their animals, and he's saved me thousands! I won't go anywhere else.
They got me an appointment very quickly. Staff was super friendly. The vet was very nice and explained things clearly and well. The office was nice and smelled good.
Shoutout to Dr. Howard! I had an issue with my pet insurance claiming a pre-existing condition, for an ear concern that was diagnosed well after my policy.
They required me to get a letter from my vet. Dr. Howard literally provided the letter so fast, that I was surprised with the accuracy and quality; that I had to make a positive review.
And I’m no new customer either. My dog has been with this clinic since he was 8 weeks old and is almost 4 y/o now.
When you take care of your customers new and old, that’s appreciated through and through!
