The staff helped us get the truck shipped here to look at and test drive. There was zero pressure when we first showed up and. Impressive to buy when the new truck arrived. I was already upset cause my hubby paid 350$ for this Jeep I really wanted to get transferred from Tennessee to North. It took dam near a week to two weeks. Then we walk in and we get passed to this chick that is slower typer and can't see shit. I wanted this jeep bad. Then tiki popped up and took over.She was amazing. Very patient and her personality was amazing. She helped me feel more comfortable with the process. If I had questions she answered them. She is definitely a CarMax face I want to deal with again.
