Brittany and her staff did a fantastic job! I had to change agents quickly and I was recommended to Brittany through friends. She quickly got my house on the market and had a plan on how to get it advertised through the holidays. Her assistant Mechele kept me in the loop every step of the way and reached out to make sure my intent was always met. They both were absolutely phenomenal during the negotiation phase & in helping to get the buyers requests completed within reason and in an expedited manner. They were strong advocates for me but also kept things realistic. And not to mention all of this was as I already moved to a different state!!
