I just want to give a shout out to Bill Mercer and his lovely wife. They are in the business of insurance, but more importantly, they are in the business of people. I had an issue with my policy after hours on Friday and Bill and his wife took their time to get to the bottom of it. I had an answer within a couple hours and they sorted it all out.
