The staff there at this Banfield Pet Hospital (by Panda Express) are beyond professional...The respect they show their patients is outstanding. I feel happy and comfortable leaving my fur babies in their care. They talk to the patients with a kind and calm tone and they are truly patient first. I was sooo relieved when I moved here to Jacksonville because they have a Banfield here and it was my first call, to set my cats up with a owp, when we got our apartment. I have been a customer of Banfield in the past and couldn't believe how much money I saved through those plans. One thing that stood out to me when I was at the Banfield Pet Hospital this past week was the candle they light when a pet parent has to say good bye their pet as they passed away..that moved me and I thought that was such a beautiful gesture, Im sure the pet parents were touched too...That shows how pet centered they are....how much the furry family members are valued and cared for.
