Put my dad's dog down same day I called. And they definitely made her go peacefully. It was one of the hardest things I've had to do in my life but I'm glad I went here to put JJ to peace. Thank yall so much!
It took a few hours, but with any walk in place that is always expected. My dog was sick and I’m glad he could be seen. The cost was definitely reasonable compared to other vets in Jacksonville. My large pitbull has bad anxiety, and tends to freeze. The vet tech carried him back to the waiting room after his treatment, and did not even complain. I felt so bad! I didn’t get her name, but she was great. Most vets try to convince me to get extra services, or embarrass me for my dogs anxiousness. I’m so appreciative that they were so understanding, and truly seemed to care for my dog. All of the staff were great and the doctor was awesome.
I really don't know why this place has such a low review. This group isn't here for our money. They truly care about us and our pets. I literally was at a place to have our dog cremated and was directed to the other places to we got directed to Animed. They were so loving and willing to help us even if it is only to extend our dogs love l life for a little bit longer. They treated our dog as if it was their own and us as family. This is truly better than any big chain company. When we brought Misha our German shepard in she could barely keep her head up and when we went to visit her she was excited, wagging her tail and walking. This place was a genuine miracle.
