Fay is a GODSEND. We started our house search WITHOUT a realtor thinking we can do it ourselves… we were very wrong. Fay helped us find a rental in 2024, and my wife said “whenever we buy a house, we are going to call Fay.” Low and behold, when the builder and lender for our new home hit us with curveballs and nonsense, one call to Fay, she set us straight and saved the day. She fought for us every step of the way, explaining the process and walking us through step by step as we progressed. She rescued us from a terribly confusing situation and poor decision to do it on our own. She is a literal angel on earth and we couldn’t be more grateful for her help.
