I don't usually do reviews but these people definitely deserve one. I noticed this afternoon that there was water around my well. I had used this company once before for a repair so I decided to call them again. They originally said they could not come to my house until Friday, but then decided to come right over. They had my well fixed within 30 to 45 minutes and were very reasonable in price. The two men were so very nice and caring. I was so appreciative of their prompt service and professionalism. Don't hesitate to call Francis Well & Pump. They are awesome and I will definitely recommend them to my family and friends. May God Bless them and their company!
Our well water pressure would drop off completely at times. They came right out and all 3 of them (Michael, Artie and Michael Jr.) went to work and almost immediately diagnosed the problem. They repaired the blockage, replaced parts, were out of here in around 45 minutes and . . . the cost was a fraction of what I anticipated. So I was sure to tip all of them. They also took time to educate me on our well, e.g., how deep it was, water table, PSI, cause of blockage, etc.
We woke up one morning to no water. After hours of trying to resolve things myself, I finally accepted defeat. I found Francis Well & Pump on line. Based on all of the 5 star reviews I called. They tried to get to me that same evening, but couldn’t. They called first thing the next morning, came out, and had to replace the pump. It was an amazing experience meeting these folks. Awesome work and amazing customer service. A+++. Thanks again!
