Michael and Cheryl are amazing!! I had my water completely shut off one morning. They immediately returned my call on a Sunday and came out to help. Michael was able to determine it was a leak and not the pump. I’m so grateful they installed a new pump when I first purchased last year. Thank you both again!!!

We were without water. They responded quickly, calling when on the way. Jake assessed the problem and determined cause. On his truck he had a backup inventory which included the part we needed. Repair was made and we were back in business in less than an hour. The initial call to the office put the whole thing in motion. Gracious and professional. We highly recommend them.

RockWater is great!!! Mike and Cheryl Understand your needs and do everything they can to meet those needs. Our well went dry and within 2 weeks (other companies were much longer) we now have water again. They are very professional and understood the urgency of our well. Their price was the best around and their work is fabulous. Even the county inspector said they are a top notch company and go out of their way to please their customers.
