“I’m a state lic. General Contractor and a carpenter by trade. Building my own fence would be very easy, however, every trade has their tricks of the trade so I always look to the specialized teams.
I got a quote from another company, price was fine but I just had a gut instinct he would not be the right fit for me. Not one for getting lots of prices, I figured I would check Matthews Fencing. After all they have a location and been there forever, what do I have to lose.
I reached out over the weekend and got a response within 24 hours. Rough budget was provided, and we set up an appointment to come out and measure. The rep arrived on time and even called 30 minutes out.
Looked over and measured and said he would get a quote back that day…. And he did. Price was comparable but at that point, I already made up my mind, I would be going with Matthews Fencing. I stopped in to provide my deposit and meet the owner, we made a few up-grades and got on the schedule.
Locating service came out and I was told this would be the week, sure enough, today was the day.
The installer and guys with him couldn’t have been nicer. The fence is amazing, and they took down the old one and installed the new one, all in one day. The quality is second to none and I’m likely going to get them back to replace a back section that was not as bad as the rest, but the new looks so good, why not. I’ll also be having them look at my daughter’s house.
Price was extremely fair, the quality of materials and installation fantastic, and dealing with Matthews Fence couldn’t have been any easier.“
