I forgot to mention to Felix that I had an irrigation system in the yard. When I got home and checked everything, I realized part of the irrigation system had been covered by the fence. Naturally, I was concerned and assumed I would eventually have to pay to get it repaired myself. I explained the situation to Alex, and without hesitation, he volunteered to fix the irrigation issue at no additional cost.

He even asked me to hold onto $1000 because he wanted me to know his word was solid and then he would absolutely return the next day to make it right. Sure, enough, early the next morning, his crew arrived, removed part of the fence, repaired the irrigation system, and then reinstall the fence perfectly all at no extra charge.

It is rare to meet someone who is genuinely stands behind their work and honors their word the way Felix does. I am beyond grateful for the kindness, honesty, and professionalism show throughout this entire experience. I would recommend Felix and his crew thousand times over.
