Daniel and his company were very professional, punctual and knowledgeable. despite us running into a problem mid project, which was our framers fault, Daniel was 100% flexible, halted the project, and allowed us to fix what we needed to on our end, then quickly resumed. We’ve used Shingles Roof Direct not only for regular gutter cleaning but also for larger projects. We had a branch fall on the roof and damage the tiles, I contacted them, Edna responded the same day and had someone come out to replace it immediately for a great price. They’re always polite and the customer service is great. Our gutter cleanings are thorough and Nicolas does a great job. He tidied up really well after from all the debris which was great too. We look forward to continuing to work with them.
