“Anyone in the Charlotte/Matthews area in need of a really good massage/sports therapist look no further than Jody Richardson. She is very thorough and gets to the source of your pain. I workout daily and could not do it without my consistent visits to Jodie. She consults with you before every session and really is focused on client knowledge about their body and neuromuscular system to prevent future injuries. I started seeing her years ago because of my dream to run again left me in great pain with plantar fasciitis and on crutches. She was able to help me lose the crutches the first visit.
