Jody was so amazing and in depth. I appreciated that she listened to me and also asked detailed questions to better understand and personalize my session. I cannot wait to book another session!

I STRONGLY recommend Jody!!! I went in for neuromuscular therapy focused on diminishing my migraines. First making my appt. was super simple online. Upon arrival, Jody took her time to discuss my problem areas and she listened closely to find the best way to relieve my pain. The session started when I got on the table after we finished talking. She explained what she would be doing and she was AMAZING!!!! This is hands down the BEST massage I’ve ever gotten!!!! After the session, she demonstrated some stretches I can do to help my problem areas.
I left feeling pain free for the first time in weeks and much more loose. I’m looking forward to my next visit in a couple of weeks!

I went to see Jody at Twisted Massage and Bodywork after suffering from groin pain, limited use of my leg since February and 2 physical therapy appointments that did not resolve my issue.

Jody worked on me for 1.5 hours taking extra care on specific areas, showing me stretches and educating me about activities and injuries.

I went home and 2 days later ran 7 miles!! (Now that's probably not the best idea...but I was so excited to be pain free!!) And now nearly 2 weeks later, I remain pain free!!!

Having Jody and Twisted Massage and Bodywork in my life now makes me feel that I will be able to get through anything that comes my way injury wise! I don't know what I would do without her and her services!!!

She also came on a recommendation...and I'm grateful I acted on that referral immediately!
