Never thought I would be leaving a five star review for a dentist office but here we are. I’d give them 6 stars if I could. I’ve never had a tolerable experience with this type of appointment. Honestly hadn’t been into a dentist office in MUCH too long because of it. Saely and Dr. Henry one of the most kind people I’ve had the pleasure of meeting. They made sure I was comfortable every step of the way & assured me I wasn’t a bother. It’s nice that I’m excited to continue with this office in the future. Amazing care. Thank you!
From my initial panicked phone call about a broken front tooth, until my final appointment, I was treated with the utmost care. They were able to see me on a Saturday which saved me from having to cancel my weekend plans. All aspects of the process have been great and I am so pleased with new smile! Thank you Dr. Ernst and staff!
I used to be scared of the dentist, til my wife told me about pleasant plains. They made me feel comfortable with a dental establishment. My teeth were a mess, they gave me my smile back. They made me feel good about going to the dentist again.
