I ran into some issues with my AC on a Sunday and even though I told Eric (from Penguin) I can wait a few days, he came over that day (on Sunday) anyway to see what was going on. Excellent customer service!
Eric was very courteous and honest and told me exactly what tests he was running and why. Unlike many other companies, he was upfront on what needed done and when and didn’t makes feel pressured. Will definitely be calling them again.
Penguin air and plumbing is a great company to work with. I’m currently not under a maintenance plan yet they came out and got my A/C working on Monday after I called Sunday afternoon and left a message. Diagnosed things quickly and had us up and running pronto. I highly recommend this company.
Great experiences working with Penguin and our amazingly knowledgeable tech (Jacob). He has consistently been creating minor miracles and identifying solutions / fixes that other companies have missed. Couldn’t imagine working with anyone else!
