At 9:20 AM on Sunday, July 13th, 2025, my phone rang from an unknown number. I answered, and a woman identified herself as a representative from Parks Heating and Cooling. I asked why she was calling at 9:20 on a Sunday morning. She said she wanted to see if I’d be interested in scheduling an AC cleaning. I told her this is exactly why I would never use Parks. How dare they have someone calling on a Sunday morning while people are preparing to walk into church. I have never been a customer of Parks. Please lose my number immediately!
Parks replaced our old unit and we've had to call them back a couple tmes over small issues, both times they showed up quick. Professional polite and thorough. Aidan Blanks was our technician today, what a great young man! He's intelligent friendly and knowledgeable. So glad we chose Parks to replace our old unit!
