At 9:20 AM on Sunday, July 13th, 2025, my phone rang from an unknown number. I answered, and a woman identified herself as a representative from Parks Heating and Cooling. I asked why she was calling at 9:20 on a Sunday morning. She said she wanted to see if I’d be interested in scheduling an AC cleaning. I told her this is exactly why I would never use Parks. How dare they have someone calling on a Sunday morning while people are preparing to walk into church. I have never been a customer of Parks. Please lose my number immediately!
He showed up within a reasonable time to prevent me possibly going without power during an outage… he educated me on the issue and fix and took care of what i needed in his usual professional, expert way!
I want to thank Parks for such a great experience and especially highlight Richard, Pax, Brian, & Kyle. Everyone was so friendly and the process to replace my furnace went smoothly. After Precision was merged into Parks, I wasnt sure what to expect from the new company, but even the communication about the change, and options presented were done with a spirit of excellence, and I will remain a customer!
