Leo and his team from Kustom did a fantastic job on our bathroom remodel after we experienced a water leak from the attic. He kept us informed of the workers progress as well as the insurance process. Hopefully, we will never have to experience this again, but if we did I would not hesitate to call Kustom!
Our home in Gastonia, NC was hit by Hurricane Helen, and a huge tree crashed into it, destroying about a third of the house. We hired Kustom to help us rebuild, and they truly have the process down to a science—from preparing quotes to coordinating their crew and contractors. Most importantly, they really understand how to work with insurance, which is a major advantage compared to a standard general contractor. Having gone through a difficult flooding situation, being a family of 8 with 4 dogs, was not an easy feat. But if one thing was easy, was working with Mr. Rob Brason of Kustom Disaster Restoration.
His kind, and caring attitude towards our situation was what customer service is all about.
Everyday he went above and beyond to make sure that everything was taken care of promptly and efficiently, giving me and my family peace of mind, and assurance that everything would be ok.
