Our technician was courteous, knowledgeable and efficient. He diagnosed the problem quickly and we discussed the options for fixing the problem. Kendal is my go-to HVAC contractor for all my HVAC needs.
Unfortunately the owner sold this company in 2023 and I have heard it has been taken over by a new owner. I'm upset about this because I had a warranty with the previous owner for my new system so I hope the new owner makes the company just as good as the previous one so I don't have to find a new company to maintain my system. This company is awesome they are honest they take their time cleaning your system and letting you know everything that could possibly be wrong with it. After 20 years my gas pack has worn out and I'm approving for them to install a new one. I would not trust any other company to do this!
Ben came out to do our annual AC check up. We appreciated his timeliness, great attitude and knowledge. He did a very thorough job cleaning our systems and updated us on our possible future needs with no pressure to act immediately.
