If I can rate zero stars I would. He was set up for me by my warranty company. Set up an appt and never showed up after multiple calls and texts. DO NOT USE!! And after reading the other reviews I see I’m not the only one and clearly this person does not care about his own business that he is clearly tanking.
Worst service provider ever working with. Assigned by the home warranty company. I would never try to work with this company if it was up to me.issed pre-scheduled appointments twice.Will not return calls.Will not respond to texts for days and when they do it's always rude and unapologetic.Promised to come twice and no showDo not use this company ever! Assigned by home warranty. After multiple calls, they said they would come out but they did not. I missed work waiting and called multiple times.. After I read others reviews, I knew that they wouldn't show up. They should not accept the work order to begin with if they make so many people upset. Very unprofessional and untrustworthy. My kids and I are without water for the last 3 days waiting for them to come. Very upsetting!!!!!!
