Lovely staff! Always so happy to see Mocha, I've been leaving my dog here since I found out about them and their critter care as well! Very attentive staff, absolutely reccomend ?

After having been turned away from other kennels (which we had used for a very long time) due to Choji's anxiety we weren't left with a lot of options when we needed to travel. Thankfully, Charlotte Kennels was able to take him and his excitable sister Azula ? The staff were patient with him and able to give him the proper medication with no issue and even warmed up to some people there as well as give a lot of playtime to Azula who got to make a ton of new friend. Very thankful for the professionalism of all the staff and will definitely be making the drive to drop them both off here in the future

We boarded our Shepherd here recently while we were out of town. We were nervous because Nessie is not always the most dog friendly. They took great care of her. They sent us an update and photos everyday. It was nice to know she was being so well taken care of.
