We had used another local kennel for more than 30 years until it abruptly closed in February. I searched high and low for a kennel at which I would feel comfortable leaving my 12-year-old labrador. I couldn’t have been more thrilled with our recent stay. I got pictures to reassure me that she was doing great and incredible communication about her stay. I highly recommend Charlotte kennels!

We've been bringing our cat(s) to Charlotte Kennels for years, and it's been a fantastic experience. When we first searched for a boarding facility, many places seemed to treat their cat accommodations as an afterthought compared to their setups for dogs—but not here. Charlotte Kennels truly prioritizes feline guests. The cat area is thoughtfully placed at the front of the facility, where they can enjoy a view of the bird feeder, providing them with engaging scenery throughout their stay.
