Dr. Thomas Childs was the BEST! He was so kind, cheerful, and took time to explain what was going on to us. He had a caring posture and was such a good listener.Just went here for the first time this evening with a friend who was having excruciating pain in her teeth. Dr. Childs prescribed some meds, recommended dentists nearby and Monroe Urgent Dental Care and said to come back if the pain does not subside.Back in Aug 2023, my dear neighbor had blood coming out of her eye and my roommate brought her to this urgent care and also saw Dr. Childs. in the area for a short visit. noone looks for an opportunity to check out local healthcare, twice. but my experience was exceptional. staff was timely and caring. facility was first class.

It's been about 4 years since I came but periodically I think about what happened and how amazing this team was. I was bit by a dog which caused a gash through my lip and knew I needed stitches. After checking in I only waited about 5 minutes before being taken back. My BP was high because of anxiety but the nurses were so sweet, there were actually 3 taking care of me at once!The doctor (wish I could remember his name) was amazing! He numbed the area and I felt NONE of the stitches. I was worried I'd be left with a deformed or scarred lip but within a week you couldn't tell anything EVER happened. I just wanted to say thank you.
