Dr. Netrebko is thorough & great. I would have appreciated an ofc call in advance of my appt about the blood lab on premises being closed due to employee quitting. I had already been fasting overnight and lunch time was approaching. I had to rush to another lab but didn't quite make it on time. It all worked out but I was a bit frazzled trying to be on time.
