Every single staff member at the Birkdale location is AMAZING! My husband and I both had exams and purchased new glasses. We were in and out in a timely manner but without feeling rushed. This was the 1st time I had experienced working with VisionWorks, I was shopping for quality as well as price and professionalism from the staff! This location exceeded all the above! Taylor Evans was my salesperson and was very knowledgeable and professional during the initial phase of looking to purchase and was great in helping me select the frames that I ended up with after some time shopping the frames. The manager Lauren Parrilla was extremely efficient in ensuring I was satisfied with my purchase when the time came for me to pick up my glasses. I would highly recommend this location!
I love Visionworks in Huntersville!! The staff is super friendly. Every pair of glasses that I have had processed with my prescription have come back to me perfectly processed and comfortable on. As a New Yorker,relocated to Charlotte, I am happy to find a reliable,professional Optometrist to care for my eyeglass and preventative eye maintenance needs! Yay!
